Uk delivery for my jewellery will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard which aims to deliver within the UK by the next working day. First Class Signed For and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm are also available at an additional cost. Shipping costs can be calculated at the checkout.
UK delivery for homeware is chargeable and will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard which aims to deliver within the UK by the next working day. International orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 days and worldwide in 5-7days.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All of my products are lovingly made to the greatest possible care and attention. I hope you love your brass+bold purchase. However, if for whatever reason you change your mind and you wish to return your item(s) you can do so up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact me if this is the case.
Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging but for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend using Signed For or Tracked Delivery service to ensure your item(s) arrive. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email to confirm your refund to the original payment method used.
I want you to enjoy wearing your brass+bold jewellery for as long as possible and I will repair your jewellery free of charge for up to 6 months from purchase. If you need to use the repair service please contact me.
Postage costs to send and receive packages cannot be covered for repairs due to wear and tear so please contact me as soon as possible if you have noticed something is wrong. Repairs can take up to four weeks to complete.
